Your CityFHEPS subsidy must be renewed annually. The renewal application is mailed to you five months before the end of your CityFHEPS subsidy year.
You can submit your completed and signed renewal application by email or postal mail. Please be sure to submit supporting documents with your renewal application.

Use the ACCESS HRA website or the ACCESS HRA Mobile App from anywhere and at any time to renew your CityFHEPS.
You can submit your renewal when the "Renew" button is shown. You can submit any documents using the document upload feature on the ACCESS HRA Mobile App.
