The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) offers spay and neuter services at mobile clinics. Services are available to cats and dogs belonging to New York City residents in select zip codes.

The fee is $125. Services are free if you receive public assistance.

The ASPCA does not schedule appointments. On the morning of the clinic, you must go to the ASPCA website to complete an eligibility survey and add your pet to the waitlist. If you are accepted onto the waitlist, the exact location of the clinic will be texted to you.

The Humane Society of New York Animal Clinic provides affordable spay and neuter services for dogs and cats. Pit bulls and pit bull mixes are spayed or neutered for free. 

The clinic is located at 306 East 59th Street in Manhattan. Appointments are required.
