Food establishments must display the Food Allergy Poster if it has seating for customers. The poster tells employees how to protect customers from food allergies.

It includes:

  • A list of the most common allergy-causing foods
  • What to do if a customer has a food allergy or a reaction
  • How to prevent cross-contamination
