You can report a tour bus that:
- Uses false or misleading advertising
- Cancels without notice
- Refuses a refund, return, or exchange
- Provides damaged audio devices
- Does not deliver services or goods
- Does not disclose fees or surcharges
- Is unlicensed
- Does not display a DCWP license and complaint sign
The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) doesn’t accept complaints about bus routes or traffic violations.
What Happens Next
If you don't include your address or email with your Service Request, you won't receive follow up. The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) will consider your complaint a tip.
