You can report safety issues such as:

  • Spoiled or contaminated food, including food or beverages containing cannabis, THC, or CBD
  • Food not cooked, held, or stored at the proper temperature
  • Sick food workers
  • Garbage or sewage issues
  • Operating without a permit
  • Poorly maintained bathrooms
  • Rats and mice or their droppings
  • Roaches
  • Pets or other live animals inside the facility

Complaints about expired milk are not accepted.
